Solid Cast Pigs:

Solid-cast pigs, which have the flexibility and easy handling of foam pigs, coupled with the ruggedness and excellent sealing capabilities of steel pigs, prove very efficient as general purpose pigs for batching, displacement and routine pigging operations. With the addition of brushes, they can also be used for cleaning applications. Various configurations are available, including spherical, cup-type and disc-type.

Process Pigs:

Process pigs are designed for use in the chemical & petrochemical, ink & paint, food & beverage, cosmetic & pharmaceutical industries, as well as, any other multiple-product processing, packing, storage, and loading/unloading plants. The unique designs of process pigs minimize bypass, thereby minimizing cross-contamination and normally wasted product.

Solid Cast Component Pigs:

Solid-cast component pigs are constructed with all parts (sealing elements, shaft, spacers, etc.) are manufactured from polyurethane. This equates to a lighter pig, allowing for longer runs and a more even wear on sealing elements. As with steel-mandrel pigs, worn components can be replaced for cost-effectiveness. The unique design uses the friction and head pressure in front of the pig, and the direction of motion and line pressure behind the pig, to ensure against disassembly in the line. Sizes range from 2" to 48" with various configurations, including cup, disc, and brush.

Solid Cast Utility Pigs:

The Utility series of solid-cast pigs are primarily used for product removal, batching, hydrostatic testing, and paraffin, debris or other buildup removal. Because they are lighter in weight than conventional steel pigs, these utility pigs are capable of making longer and more efficient runs. They are able to negotiate tight-radius bends as well as varying internal diameters of nominal pipe. Various configurations are available and can accommodate brushes for cleaning operations.

Spheres:

Spheres are primarily used for meter proving in the oil and gas industry. However, they are also used for hydrostatic testing, batching and product removal. The unique aspect with spheres is their ability to negotiate tight-radius bends, and multiple units being stacked in specially designed sphere launcher and mechanically launched. Available in solid and inflatable type designs.
